FNC Index: Home Prices Up 0.2% in August
The latest FNC Residential Price Index™ (RPI) shows U.S. home prices in August grew at a subdued pace following a sharp slowdown in July. The index was up slightly at a seasonally unadjusted rate of 0.2%. On a yearly basis, the index continues to rise at a moderate 5.5% rate.
