Liquidity conditions in the residential for-sale market are generally improving in 2012
As of November, the median asking price nationwide has seen seven consecutive months of positive year-over-year growth, accompanied by a a narrowing gap between the asking price and closing price. Homeowners generally made even at recent re-sales.
